Hi, what Plugin in LR?
Just install trash the old version from your application folder than install the new Package, it will put a new LRTimelapse Icon into your application folder. There is no Plugin for Lightroom since LRTimelapse is a stand alone application!

I see. Well trying to open the app icon says "You do not have permission to open the application 'LRTimelapse 2'"

I'm the admin on the box and I've repaired permissions as well. Thoughts?

This is indeed strange. Have you tried restarting the computer?
If that doesn't help either please try downloading 2.0.1 again and check if that installs:

Please keep me posted!

2.0.1 started up just fine.

I can give you any specs from my set up to help you squash this bug if you want.

I just asked other Mac users and they had no problems at all with updating to 2.0.2. I don't know what's wrong there...

I just put a alternative download link for 2.0.2 on the Download Page. It comes without installer, just unzip and drag the app icon to your applications drawer.

I had the identical situation, the bare installer worked. Thanks!
