Hello! Congratulations for this amazing tool!

Below you can see a timelapse i made last weekend (02_07_2011). There are two versions, a 10fps version (frame duration=0.1s), and a 5fps (frame duration=0.2s). I believe a 8fps version would be ideal!!

Is this possible?

Dimitris, that time lapses are amazing. Could you share your camera settings and give some info about lenses and cameras you used?

I made a couple of new templates and added them to the downloadable archive.
I included 8, 12, 12.5 and 23.976 fps.

Have fun with them.

Best

Thank you, Dimitris. Where did you capture this? I've never managed to get such a clear view of the milky way here in Germany...

This was captured from the observing site of our astronomy association ( www.spartastronomy.gr) at Parnon mountain.

37°15'34.59"N
22°35'11.62"E

Clear skies are not enough for the Milkyway to be visible like this. Your country's latitude is not ideal. Fortunately for us, we are able to enjoy very clear night skies, even though we have to travel far away from cities.

You are welcomed at Parnon mountain from 22_07 till 29_07 during the great summer meteor shower of Perseids. Some German scientists from DLR/TUB will be there for third time in order to record the shower with the SPOSH camera. I will be observing the sky with my telescope, as i love discovering faint deep sky objects!

Hi,

I'm new here. I was wondering, where can I find the 8 fps template? I'd like to use it for a project I'm working on.

Thanks!

those templates are not available anymore since Adobe does not support them in the latest Lightroom versions anymore.
But you can use LRTimelapse to do all this and much more. Check out my basic tutorial: http://lrtimelapse.com/tutorial
