When I try to generate a sequence with the Lightroom template provided by you, if I use the 4k Format, sometimes I got a bad result (see in the attachment), but if I use the 2k or 3k format, I always get the right result.Do you have any idea?

The bad result means can not be input to the edit program but can be play in the player like itunes\Kmplayer\Splayer,but can't be full sceen , and the file size is smaller than normal
