I am an absolute beginner on timelapse and LRT3. I downloaded the demo vs this morning amd started to learn from the Basic Tutorial for LRT3 video. I followed the steps presented by Gunther Wegner, however I lost myself on minute 08:28. After showing the xmp files on the explorer window, he closes the window and moves fast to the next step saying "(...) and now we go to lightroom (..)". Were must I click and how must I go to the lightroom?
I would appreciate help. Many thanks.

Just open Lightroom. Since you saved the XMP files in LRTimelapse in the step before, now - in Lightroom - you can just import the sequence and Lightroom will automatically apply the XMP settings.
