Curious if anyone else has had any issues with the Sony A7III being in full manual mode and still getting strange exposure flashes. I was especially able to see it when I did a recent project with cars passing by an intersection. The exposure would jump up anytime a car would come into frame. It seems like its compensating for the car in the frame, but I thought I had set everything to full manual control. So somewhere I'm missing something. Hoping to get some perspective from any other Sony shooters to see what their experience is.

Couldn't it be Lightroom introducing this. Please see if it also happens if all edits are set to none in Lightroom.
If it's Lightroom, avoid the non linear tools like dehaze, clarity, whites, blacks and use the tone curve instead.

Btw: long exposure times help tremendously with such harsh contrast changes, because they blur the cars and you'll get much better results and avoid those Lightroom issues.
