Hello, my yellow line is straight when I put holy grail and keygrames are not red but blue and not give me spikes therefore I can not make any changes however on the purple line I see a peak, what is due?

Could you please post a screenshot? LRTimelapse will ask you when initializing, if you shot a holy grail sequence - this is a sequence, where you manually adjusted shutter speed and/or ISO when shooting. If you answer "yes" it will create the orange keyframes.
