Hi,
I made a sequence of shots (day to night) changing frequently the ISO in order to have a better exposition.
The result of getting the LRTimelapse Holy Grail Workflow is that all ISO changes will not be managed by Holy Grail method buy were suggested to use deflicker with basic workflow.
The result was not good, as you can see in the following output video:

(there are also other problem regarding the camera movment)

Please, can someone help me on forcing the tool to apply the Holy Grail workflow on these ISO jumps?

The dialog tells you, that you can lower the threshold for detecting HG-jumps in the expert settings.
So just open the settings, go to the expert tab and set the threshold value to 0.1
Then apply the keyframes wizard again.
