So I've don't this once on another computer successfully and I'm not sure what I'm missing but I installed the new LR time-lapse and opened lightroom but nothing showed up in it. Besides installing LRtimelapse what else do I have to do to get the add ons in lightroom to render and create that actually time-lapse under the Slideshow tab. And yes I've checked my preferences and setting are correct!

The slideshow module is not being used anymore since years. You'll find the new export plugin in the Library Export, where you export your images too on the left side. If you don't see it there, please follow this faq thread: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-lrt4...-installed
