Are you using DNG files? There is a bug in 4.7 where this sometimes happens (but only with DNGs afaik) - I will release an update soon!

I had problem with LRT using my Nikon D4s. The Nikon has custom WB color temp settings which would be brought into lightroom and could not be modified in LR and exported to LRT. After playing around with this problem for several hours, the work around was to manually enter my WB setting directly into LRT.
