crash after I click on folder

Offline

I've tried to access a certain folder 3 or 4 times now and every time I just click on the folder (within LRT) the program crashes immediately. There's 399 files because I have the free version. The only weird thing about the files that I can think of is that they were copied from a different folder which had a longer version of the timelapse (about 800 frames). I just copied over 399 to another location because I knew I can't process more than 400 at a time. Anyone else experience this?

Could you please send me the log file after it crashed?
You'll find it in "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\LRTimelapse\LRTimelapse.log".
Just type the path C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\ into the upper bar in the Windows explorer (appdata is a hidden foldr), then you can navigate deeper.
Normally you can just access the log via the Info Menu in LRT, but if you say, it crashed?
Never heard of a case like that though...

It won't let me attach that file. Can I email it to you?
