Looking for current documentation - the videos are based on 3.0 which has subtle differences from the shipping product - i.e. in the HolyGrail workflow - under "auto Transition for Special Keyframes" - I need to know the uses for each of the different options - >Holy Gail Exposure, >All but HG and >Crop Only.... not sure what these mean (or when the use them). I've got some persistent flicker that I am trying to manage...

Holy Grail has nothing to do with defliicker. You normally won't get good results if you have aperture flicker on a holy grail sequence.

Just follow the tutorials, only the names changed, the behavior is the same.

HG Exposure will calculate the exposure transitions for 2*/3* keyframes (Holy Grail)
"All but HG" will calculate the transitions for the 4* keyframes and omit the exposure (because it has been used for the HG leveling)
Crop will calculate the Crop transitions based on 5* keyframes.
