cam settings during shoot; AV mode. (fixed ISO & aperture only shutter time was on auto)

I have tried over and over again to fix flickering in my timelapse from day to night. with LRT.
done the LRT methode with */**/***ratings just like the instruction video.
but still have major flickering.

any ideas how to improve this?

The 2/3 stars "Holy Grail" are not for fixing flicker. This is the wrong approach.
Please use the deflicker workflow, set the right reference area - see the deflicker tutorial video to learn how:
