deflickr in holy grail workflow

Offline
#1 panoramia
Hello everybody!

I was wondering how you guys would do the deflickr on a transition from day to night. Just shot my first transition today and I wanted to try the holy grail workflow, but I see that holy grail does not have the deflickr option.

How would the deflickr be done if you are using the holy grail worflow?

Thanks in advance!

You can add deflicker at the end of the holy grail workflow, just switch to the deflicker tab at the very end and set the reference area then click on deflicker.

But please not that delicker will only happen inbetween the holy grail segments due to technical reasons. It's therefore recommended, to avoid any flicker when shooting, especially when doing the holy grail. Check out my ebook to learn how, see signature.

I do not see the "Define Ref Area" Button, under the deflicker workflow. Do you know why?
I'm using LRT 3.4 and I have a license

thank you

That button was removed in LRT3, you just draw the reference area by dragging a rectangle into the preview.
Maybe you watched an old tutorial or read an old version of the ebook.
