How to use the synch when deleting frames in LR and LRT. Have a few time interval conflicts showing up in seq in LRT. What is the exact procedure to delete? thnks

If you delete in LRT, you have to right click on the folder in Lightroom and then "synchronize". This will remove the references from the LR database then as well.
