Did I have to Use Lightroom

Offline
#1 Niall
Ok so I'm virgin to timelapse and luckily I came across LRTimeLapse. I went out yesterday and took my first sequence which I opened in the program. It looks good.

Now the problem, I don't have Lightroom, I have photoshop elements (most of you are probably scoffing at this point) which doesn't open the xmp files.

Do I need to have Lightroom or this there any other program, hopefully opensource which I can use. While I'm learning about metadata, its new to me but I realise I need it so the program knows what parameters in other photo's it needs to change.

Hope you guys can help.

Thanks

Hi, you can as well use Adobe Camera RAW/Bridge and/or Aftereffects (see the workflow section at http://lrtimelapse.com) but there is no Open Source solution I'm aware of.
Lightroom will be the most convenient and cheapest way to go, Lightroom 4 in my opinion is a no-brainer for 149$...
