Advice for cloudy day

Shot on a canon 5d, 24-70mm zoom, 2.8

Heavy ND (cant remember, probably 3.0)

1/10 exposure

delay every 10 seconds

Looking for advice on how to handle these very aggressive light changes on a cloudy day so its a little easier on the eyes...

Ive seen a few post about this, but nothing that really dives into it. Wondering if there is anything I can do in LRtimelapse to help smooth this out. I've tried a series of deflickering attempts and smoothing attempts, but none seem to do the trick.

According to this software, it looks like its possible?

But I've never attempted. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

You may want to try using a graduated ND filter next time. This will allow you to get the correct exposure for both the sky and the runway. Amazon has some cheap ones you can buy here: Gradual ND Filter Set

If you're trying to fix the current time lapse you could try using a graduated filter in light room and drag it across the foreground then adjust the exposure, highlight, contrast, vibrance and saturation to bring some highlights and color back into the shot.

Hope this helps!
