Hello,
I installed lrtimelapse 3.4, everything is installed correctly (exiftool, ffmpeg, dngconv) .
I try to import photos (less than 400 i try the demo version) in nef or dng (when i use jpg I have no errors), it stuck in the initialization of the metadata, or in the reading.
I tried with different sequences, thinking it was the fault of the file, but it does't work (though lightroom normally reads all those metatadi)
on the error log is:

WARN: The producer-thread Seems to have died. Trying to relaunch.

I done something wrong?
These are days that I try in every way, but nothing ...

i have windows 8 4gb ram.

This seem to be a problem in the communication with ExifTool. Please try restarting the computer and try again.
Check, if maybe a virus scanner is blocking Exiftool. You might turn off the scanner just to see, if that helps.

Obviously LRTimelapse is not able to communicate with the Exiftool instance.
Do you have the chance to try it on another computer?
Unfortunately currently I have no idea what the problem could be - I'm rather sure it's something on your system.

You might try upgrading you java to tha latest: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
but, I don't think that that's the problem.

thanks, I solved the problem. I run the program as administrator. was probably a permissions problem.
