Every other shot is a bit more red and blurry. Basically half of the time lapse looks right and the other half looks red.
We shot manual on a Cannon 1DC
None of our other time lapses look like this. LRtimelapse Deflicker makes the end result even more dramatic.
New to time lapse and under a serious deadline.

Check if the Whitebalance is the same on all images, please post a screenshot of the LRTomelapse Screen with preview and table after loading the sequence.
Do you probably have shot JPG+RAW? LRTimelapse will show both then, in that case you will need to delete all JPGs from the folder.

That was my first thought - I'll bet you have Raw+JPGs set on camera.
