gradually changing White balance/fill light/blacks?

I've been working on a timelapse movie of some friends painting a wall in a local youth house, I have around 1200 RAW pictures
the action took place inside, with light evolving and fluorescent lights popping up after a while. Therefore i'm looking to make some corrections with LRtimelapse,
now i defined the keyframes, exported to LightRoom, made changes to

white balance
exposure
fill light
blacks
vibrance
saturation

when i reprocess with LRtimelapse it seems to only adjust Exposure,
I've been trying to figure out how to have LR timelapse gradually adjust these other variables over time but i'seem to be stuck.

For example:
I have this one part where the lights come on and which is very light
to correct this i'd want to bring back the exposure and up the blacks a bit,
when re-reading in LR timelapse after defining changes LR timelapse defines the first keyframe of this part as changed, and the last one, everything in between stays as it is, which is not what i want

key frame 1= blacks 9
keyframe 2= blacks 3

becomes= 9 0 0 0 0 ..... 0 0 0 03
while i want it to be 9 9 8 8 7 7 ... 4 4 3 3 for a gradual change

Is this possible?
Any help very much appreciated!

Sure, IT should work like you expect. Wich transition have u used? When you work with keyframes you must use the Auto transition!
