Full Manual on a 5D2 , Full Manual Lens, And Overcast Sky--Still got major flicker???

I love LRTL, but I think has introduced the flicker on this one. ( I'm sure it's user error) but logic tells me that I should not have ANY flicker--I eliminated ANY AND ALL variables ! No auto anything! Still flicker on a full manual lens and manual settings and an overcast sky? What gives.

I think I know what to do--rendering it now and will report back

How did you get on? I have a similar problem with overcast skies, shot in manual at f8. I can't get much improvement from de flicker and can only assume i've killed it with a small aperture. Wat aperture did you shoot at?
