Getting banding.

Check this example of 90 frames compressed to about a 3 second movie that illustrates banding in the night sky. I recommend going to the page and then downloading the file. Using the embedded player shows it compressed but downloading the file will give the full 2.1 meg file.

I'm using lightroom 3.4 and the slideshow presets at 24fps Timelapse, and then exported with the 1080p TL24 UHQ video preset.

I've tried it with noise reduction on and off and they get about the same result.
Settings on the file:

Red saturation -54
Color noise reduction 100
Luminance noise reduction 0 / 55
Post-Crop Vignetting amount -9.

Everything else default.

I've tried viewing it on two different monitors and on one it's more apparent than the other, but you can see the bands on both.

That's no bug of LRTimelapse whatsoever, that's due to the H.264 codec... In some situations you get that effects. Currently I'm working on even better video templates, they might give you better results. Until than you could export jpgs and make the movie with aftereffects or virtual dub and use a lossless codec if you want results without any artefacts.
