Youtube sucks with films that are exported in high bitrates.
The LRTimelapse output sequences are normally meant to be cut in a video program - combined with other sequences, adding music etc. Normally no one just uploads "naked" sequences.
The LRTimelapse "naked" sequences have a very high quality, even in lower quality settings. Youtube supports only a very low bitrate. For youtube it's always better to reduce the bitrate of your videos before uploading - this will normally happen, when you export the finished and cut video from the video editor.
You might try vimeo.com, maybe that deals better with the high quality footage. You could as well try exporting with lower quality settings from LRTimelapse if you want to upload that sequences directly without further processing to one of those platforms.
