Info on Davinci Resolve

Offline
#1 Giuseppe
Hello everybody,
when I use After Effects, I can directly import the folder containing the RAW files and xmp files generated by LRTimelapse. Once imported I can render the clip.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do the same with Davinci Resolve?

Thank you for the support

Giuseppe

P.s.: I hope this is the correct section

Davinci Resolve doesn't interpret XMP and doesn't feature the Adobe Raw Converter that would be needed to transform Raw+XMP into a developed file.
But of course, Davinci Resolve can also import image sequences. So what you can do ist use the Lightroom LRTExport Plugin create an intermediary TIFF or JPG sequence and feed that into Resolve.

This said, I'd also recommend this approach for After Effects since processing Raw+XMP in AE is slow as hell and doesn't bring any advantage against exporting the TIFF intermediaries and then bringing that to AE.
