I have a folder with almost all .cr2 files, but i had to make some pixel based edits to a few frames, and the edited versions have been saved back as tiffs. i moved the original cr2s that were edited out of the folder, and have the tiff in its place, with the same filename, save for the extension. However, LRTimelapse only finds the cr2 files now... is there way to allow mixed file types in a single timelapse?

if it matters, I'm using LRTimelapse 2.3.1, LR4

Hi Erik,
LRTimelapse does not support tiff in the editing process... If you want to do something like this, I would recommend using LRT3 and its new render Plugin for Lightroom, that plugin will generate tiffs/jpgs at the very end of the process - you could then apply your pixel based edits to them before actually rendering the video with LRTimelapse (the output process changed in LRT3 - check out my new tutorials).
