My key frames are no longer appearing in LR. I made sure that I had the default set to one key frame. The key frames show in TL before export but when I go to apply the filter in LR in shows no flagged photos. Not sure what I'm doing wrong now.

Did you "load metadata from files" in lightroom, after saving in LRTmelapse?
Do all metadata operations in Lightroom in Grid-View (G) after having selected all images.
