i have followed all steps to build key frames with the latest LRTimelapse, but they do not form ( are not there) when I switch back to LR. I believe I do not skip a step.

If the keyframes do not travel maybe when importing you did incidently copy the sequence? Please check that the folder you are working on in LRTimelapse is at the same location that the one that you are working on in Lightroom.
