To get the Metadata saved in LRTimelapse into Lightroom you have to:

- Go to Lightroom Grid View (Press G)
- Clear all Filters (Select "LRT Full Sequence Filter")
- Select all images (Ctrl-A or Cmd-A(Mac))
- Menu: Metadata-Read Metadata From Files.

Now you should see the keyframe marked with 4 Stars.

After editing the keyframes, returning to LRT4 and working through to the last "Save" on the third row, I head back to LR5.7.1, select the filter "LRT 4 Full Sequence", select all the files...then I'm getting "Read Metadata from Files" as grayed out. Any thoughts?

Clicking on an "!" on one of the files brings up this message:

I turns out that upon closer inspection, only 15 or so of the frames had the exclamation, so selected each and chose override from drive. Once those were cleared, I was able to access "Read Metadata from Files" and the process is back on track.

Check your Lightroom settings, make sure that "Aumatically write changes to XMP files" is NOT activated.
Normally if you follow the editing process I've explained in my tutorials and instructions, there will be no metadata conflict.
But it was good to solve it like you did.
