"License Restriction" vs “Private use only”

A bit confused about the differences between "License Restriction" vs “Private use only." It seems like a no-brainer but I cannot understand how we, the filmmakers, should not have control of our footage after purchasing a Licensed version of LRTimelapse.

Please understand that I am not referring to the more than generous Free Evaluation version. I just need a little help in understanding how I am able to use my footage once it has been rendered out of licensed version of LRTimelapse, primarily the LRTimelapse Private BUNDLE.

If you as a filmmaker are earning money with selling time lapses that you produce with the help of LRTimelapse, you will need the commercial license. The private version is for private use only, without any commercial interests.
You can easily upgrade you private version to a commercial one via the shop.
