You will only see the changes in the table and curves, not in the previews. Please check my basic tutorial to learn more about the workflow if you haven't!

After calculating the transitions in LRTimelapse and saving, you will get back to LR and load metadata from there (make sure to always load/save metadata from Lightrooms Grid-View) - then you will see the edited images.
