I'm not sure if the following is an LRT problem or a lightroom problem. But when I return to lightroom after all processing in LRT, lightroom has inserted what looks like the LRT keyframes as a block at a random place in the lightroom sequence instead of leaving them in their proper place in the sequence.
I have attached screengrabs to illustrate.

Check the setting for the sorting in LR in the toolbar - it's on "Added Order" - should be on "Capture Time".
