The inferior port is okey. But the superior port is less deep and can't insert the plug deep enough;
It doesn't trigger the camera
In Italy for the moment and bought it in Italy on Amazon.it (the end of June)
Tried it out on the inferior port and worked but it was only a few days that I tried the other port;

Is this normal ?

Sorry it worked. Was to gentle and afraid to put a little more force. SO OK

Ports can be a little tight at the beginning, but that's normal. Glad you got it going.
