I currently have LRT3 Private license. I would like to upgrade to LRT4 Pro version today as well as upgrade to Lightroom 6. Just wondering if there is any un-install processes I need to do with my current LRT3 program before doing so?

It makes sense to uninstall the old version first.
On windows: just use control panel/add/remove software to uninstall LRT3.
On mac: just trash the old LRTimelapse 3 app, clear the trash. Then install the new one.
