Maybe it's my eyes but I have a hard time seeing the size of the fonts and the colors.

The background is grey and the fonts for the workflow and other menus are just a little bit different. Hard to see

Can the fonts size and colors be changed by me?

You can change the scaling in the LRTimelapse settings.
