I use Windows 7 64bit. Hardware dual Quadcore Xenon Processor with 64 GB memory.

You are using a 32 bit java and thus a 32bit encoder on a 64bit system.

Please install the 64bit Java like explained here. http://lrtimelapse.com/install
then make sure to change the path to the mpeg encoder in the LRTimelapse Settings (external tools) so that it points to ffmpeg64.exe
