This week I've been practicing recording timelapse sequences of mushrooms growing. Here's a video of an Amanita shot over the course of 7.5 hrs. I used 3-way auto holy grail with auto ramping direction. Unfortunately I didn't quite have the technique down on this first attempt, which is why the video cuts off at the end, but the mushrooms have not been cooperating since.
The lighting was changing frequently in this scene. I did not select a reference area for deflickering. I tried adding an animated reference area on the top portion of the mushroom, but didn't seem to help much. Any suggestions on how to deal w/ lighting in such situations? Artificial lighting?
