This all started after I mistakenly upgraded to Java 1.7 which killed LRT launch altogether. Fixed that by uninstalling Java and reinstalling 1.6 and pointing LRT to that exe. LRT was working fine before that.
Attached is my log file.

I found a work around. I was using Photomatix to fuse HDR sequences with the force crop option enabled. Went back and reprocessed the HDR files with crop option off (the sequence was steady so don't need cropping anyway). Now LRT renders the Photomatix output OK. Thanks for your responses.

I cheked all this points... the aspect ratio I adjust in LR with the preset 16:9 so I think that will be fine... but I saw in the "grid" there was an -0.000 (grop) so I changed that manually to 0.000 and now it works fine... hopefully that was the problem. Thanks for the support!
