I have a problem to connect my Galaxy Tab A 9.7 to my 6d mark2
I use curently a samsung Galaxy S10+ wich wokrs perfectly fine but I ordered a tablet to free my smartphone.

On the tablet, The wifi of the 6D is perfectly detected anc connected.
Qdslr laun ch correctly
When i clic on the wifi connection symbol it detect the camera but...
... after 4 seconds it shoxs the error message failed to connect with wireless. Try to disable your mobile data and try again."
My tablet has no data capabilities, no sim.
I don't understand.
Can you help me ?

Be sure that no other device is automatically connecting to the camera wireless.
Check that your tablet isn't automatically changing the wireless AP if there is no internet on the current one.
If need help contact me with the qDD support email.

I wonder... You say you are clicking on the Wifi Symbol in qDDB - you should rather click on the "Canon" symbol, if you use the integrated WiFi of your Canon...

1 It was a test at home and i manually "forgot" my home wifi ssid to avoid problem
2 when connected to th 6D i have no accesse ton Internet
3 in a second time i connected my S10+ perfectly and I made a new test with my phone on the "plane" parameter
4 In pressed the "canon" simbol
5 the camera displays "connexion cible non trouvée"
I'n going to update the tablet and make a new test tomorow

My problem is not solved and I have to send back my tablet. But I must thank a lot Zoltan Hubaiz fot his deep help and patience in helping me, sending files, corrections for his wonderful app.
Now I must find another tablet.
