The preview is not working? It suggested to convert the Raw files to DNG which i did and the DNG files arent showing up in preview either? Please Help!

I assume ExifTool is not correctly installed - could you please check that? There is a message in the home screen telling you that and you can see it in the log file as well.
I suggest installing the latest exiftool from http://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/
Then try again. If it still doesn't work, please send me your logfile! (info/log)
