I down loaded the qDslrDashboard onto my Android Galaxy S III phone. When I open the app there is just a black screen. After a minute or two it says qDslrDashboard has stopped.

Where do I start to trouble shooting this thing.

Can you try and clear the data for the application, uninstall it and then install again.

I have a similar problem on an Android tablet. The application was working for a few days after installation, but now it just opens to a black screen, no icons, no menus. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but all I have is a black screen.

Any advice?

In your Settings under Apps find qDslrDashboard and press the 'Clear data' and 'Clear cache' buttons and try then to start.
