Maybe 720p medium quality?
Honestly - I don't know. Normally LRTimelapse creates master video files that will be combined in a video editor where you will add music etc. as well - and then exported for their final destination. Most video editors have presets for tablets as well.

I have been using Adobe Media Encoder with the following settings:
1024x768 (1.0)
29.97 fps
Progressive VBR
2 pass
Target 14.00 Mbps, Max 14.00 Mbps
AAC
128 kbps
44 kHz Stereo
I want to use LRT to take advantage of the speed changing (in this case I want to playback at 1/2).

Did you try the settings I suggested?
