Rendering tif files which don't originate in LRT

Offline
#1 lederschnautz
Hi there,

i just bought the pro version of lrt3 and started to play around with the new workflow.
I tried to render a batch of already merged HDR tifs. So i renamed them like LRT renames the intermediary tifs (LRT_00001.tif, etc) hoping i could choose Render and let LRT create a prores file for me. Apparently it isn't as easy as renaming the tifs because it didn't work.

Is there a way to let LRT encode tifs that are not created by the program itself?

Thanks,

phe

I honestly don't know. This is not officially supported. You can play around with this and check the log file though...

Could you have a quick glympse at it, just in case it's something that's obvious to you.

I tried to find something i could understand. What about the following line, the thing about the index in particular:
Quote:Could find no file with with path 'K:\Zeitraffer\Neuer Ordner\Windgfäll 10.8.13\1 HDR\LRT_%05d.tif' and index in the range 0-4
Also could the resolution of the files be of any importance? The files had a resolution of 2872x1914.

Cheers

The pathname has non ascii characters... Use a simple path name instead.
