Slideshow export video quality is poor

Hi -- I exported a video using the 1080 30 fps free template, but the video quality is quite "flat" compared to the images I optimized. Contrast is very flat, colors not as rich -- basically the video looks very washed out. Motion is smooth and even though.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can correct it?

Video files don't have color profiles in them. That might cause the difference.

What about the contrast being much flatter?

I think this link might be helpful. http://forums.adobe.com/thread/713994

It seems there are problems in general with colour accuracy in video. I dont think the LRTimelapse export templates have anything to do with it. I would probably start by making sure that everything is in sRGB, I dont know that that will help but in still photography 99% of the time peoples colour problems relate to issues with colourspaces and its best to just stick in sRGB unless you really know what you are doing!
