Hi again Gunther,

this may seem a weird question, just something I was wondering about..
My current workstation is too slow for the sequences I'm working with (1000 raw frames on a Mac Pro 1,1 of 2006), loading the previews takes up a chunk of the time that could be used to initialize the sequence.
Will the program work correctly if I hit 'initialize' before all previews are loaded?

edit: It appears initializing goes way faster than I thought (did this change? I think I remember it being a slower process before). Kind of renders this thread obsolete

Hi, yes, you can initialize while generating previews, and yes, initialization is pretty fast!
