Struggle with deflicker

I have some problems with my deflicker, please help because I've tried everything.

Problem: I made a sequence of 1000 pics from the stars and at the end also the sunrise. Therefore i use the Holy Grail method. Everything went well only in the sunrise there is a lot of big flickering happening.

First attempt: I did the Visual workflow, changed some settings in Lightroom, generate the previews, applied deflicker and regenerated the previews. To my surprise the flickering gets worse. After again doing a deflicker it get more worse. I did a lot of research on this forum and I understood that if you do big chances with sliders in LR that the exposure compensation don't work 1 on 1 anymore. Now i have two options; I can do less LR editing or i need to find another way. My changes in LR look so good that i don't want to change the settings.

Second attempt: Exported all the pictures to DNG with the idea to reimport them in LRT so that the sliders of LR aren't effecting the exposure anymore. Too bad, in DNG he automatically remembers all the settings of Lightroom.

Third attempt: I exported them all to jpeg whit the same idea behind it. Too bad, the visual workflow isn't supported with jpeg. The programs said that i can follow the basic workflow. So i tried. too bad. The deflicker doesn't draws a smooth curve between de pictures, even when i change the smoothing slider full open.

Any more idea's???

If you try to convert to dng or JPG you will do everything worse, just stay with the raw files.

From your screenshots I see, that you use the basic workflow and simple deflicker - but you wrote you've used the visual workflow?

I'd suggest to try again with the visual workflow. Do the sequence from the beginning, maybe something is wrong with the previews. Right click on the folder, clear all LRTimelapse developments and start over.
Edit a bit less. Especially Clarity and Dehaze should not be exagerated.

Create the visual previews, post a screenshot.
Make sure to not pull the deflicker smoothness to much to the right, especially since you seem to have a large sequence there.
Apply the visual deflicker, wait until the visual previews have been generated again.
Make another screenshot, post it here.

Dear Gunther,

This morning is started all over. What looks like happening now is that the holy grail wizard overcompensates that's wy the peaks are still there in the curve. See pictures below.

After 4 iteration of deflicker i get the final result, see pictures below. Indeed now i did it again the exposure line converge to the green smooth line. Don't know why with my last session the exposure diverge from the green line.

And still de question remains why there are still big jumps in the exposure curve after using the holly grail wizard.
