I have finished editing a Holy Grail sequence (day to night) in LRTimelapse 6. I am not completely satisfied with the result yet. I would like to try out a few more variations. Is there a way, for example, to change the orange jagged line in the Holy Grail Wizard, i.e. to stretch and rotate it a little and then process it again with the existing Lightroom adjustments?

Yes. Just activate the Holy Grail Wizard again, change the sliders, hit save and wait for the Visual Previews to regenerate.
