On my Mac I have set the Control+R key to do exactly that; not sure if you can do that in windows

I haven't had enough time to do some definitive comparisons between EV+ and Auto Holy Grail, but I am trying.

Unfortunately this OS function is not available for windows... But thank you for sharing this for the mac users!

There might be however a way to use AutoHotkey for scripting a similar shortcut on windows, I didn't try it yet.
