It looks like something went wrong there.
First thing to check is, if you have installed the latest Adobe DNG Converter (download link on http://lrtimelapse.com/install )
Then please right click on that folder left in the tree in LRTimelapse, then "Clear all LRTimelapse editing". And start the workflow again.
Always make sure to use the sync script to bring the edits from one keyframe to the next in Lightroom.
Make also sure to not add or remove gradients when editing.

Normally those are the things to take care of.

Hi Cloudsoo04, sometimes in my hastiness to get on with the job, that has happened to me as well, and that is because i forgot to save metadata to folder after running the sync script, prior to reloading the sequence in Lrtimelapse.
