Yes, direct TIFF support ist not possible unfortunately. But the new version 3.4, that I released today, will work with Tiffs converted to DNGs and do the Whitebalance initialization right. Looking forward to hear your feedback!

I also have this issue after using DNGs that have been converted from JPGs with LRTimelapse 4.1. The JPGs have been batched with Photomatix.

Do you need more information on this issue?
