I am trying to use LRT on some 10k footage i shot with a PhaseOne, but it doesnt seem to recognize the raw files. I rendered out a Tiff sequence thinking it would work with Tiffs but apparently not. I am not converting to DNG to see if that works. The shot was shot using Holy Grail method so i want to be able to use the HG workflow. What is the best way to LRT these PhaseOne files? Is converting to DNG the best/only way to go? And will the DNG sequence even work?

Yes, converting to DNG would be the way to go. LRTimelapse does not support TIFF, since TIFF is not a RAW file anymore. Whitebalance for example will already be rendered into a TIFF and not be well keyframable anymore.
DNG is a RAW format and will preserve full edibility.
