Cheap pan/tilt head - jumpjack - 2021-11-19

I am looking for a cheap, non-professional pan/tilt mount remote controllable, but I canl only find objects which cost hundreds of euros.
Than I found that they exist "timelapse rotation mechanisms", but I cannot find anything cheaper than 150$ (by Brinno and Syrp); given that I need 2 of them for my project, and that the project does not involve photography but just moving a mirror with raw precision, it's still too much.
Any suggestion for a rotating device for around 50$?
My requirements are:
- remote controllable by one of these: bluetooth, wifi, usb, RS232, RS485; anything but custom 433MHz remote control
- rotation speed: no specific requirements
- rotation precision: <3 degrees
- absolute positioning, or feedback on current position
- load: < 1kg
- no DIY, I need an out-of-the box product

In theory it's just a matter of connecting a stepper motor to a controller, so why do they cost so much?!? A stepper costs 20$ and a controller another 20$.
